California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy has an opportunity for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outpatient ortho clinics in Orange and Laguna Niguel.

Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive Pay range $27/hr -$33/hr + Production Incentive. Individual pay dependent on location, experience, and job-related factors.

Position Summary:

  • Provide occupational therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
  • Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
  • Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
  • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant curriculum.
  • Current certification with the NBCOT as a COTA in good-standing.
  • Hand therapy internship or 6+ months experience working in hand therapy
