They are currently looking for a Training Specialist (Swedish speaker) who will be responsible for compiling and delivering training to new and existing customers and contributing to the company's high standards of customer service. You will also be involved in company initiatives/projects as required – supporting customers with change and ensuring continued high levels of customer satisfaction for any interaction with the company
Job Description- Execute training for new customers by understanding, and configuring their software and set-up to get them started.
- Deliver onboarding to new Cyncly clients, ensuring their first interaction with us after signing their contract is positive, and reaffirms their decision to invest with us.
- Work closely with Support, Sales and Customer Success to provide feedback from customers, helping improve our offering and identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Deliver online training and physical in-person training at the customer site for new and existing customers in the solutions you specialize in.
- Support in developing training content and preparing training materials for both online and physical classroom-based training sessions.
- Support in developing material and content for the virtual and on-demand learning platform, including producing video tutorials for all our products.
- Organise and coordinate the online and classroom-based training sessions, such as setting up the webinar, preparing the classroom, inviting participants, etc.
- Evaluate the knowledge of customers participating in training to determine training needs and effectiveness
- Proactively identify additional training needs and pass to Sales or Leadership for action.
- Share knowledge and information within the team to support each other
- Deep knowledge of Cyncly's products is strongly preferred
- Experience as a product trainer (virtual and physical classroom-based)
- Strong skills in MS Office tools
- A driver’s licence is necessary
- Experience in understanding customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
- Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Products, Marketing, Services)
- Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal
- Clear pronunciation and good intonation
- Good listening skills (active listening)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to use initiative and work autonomously
- Team player and collaborative approach to working
- Confident presenting and talking to a group of people (8-10 in physical classrooms and even more in virtual classrooms)
