Job Brief:
We seek a skilled Caregiver to provide professional and compassionate care to our clients. This demanding role requires availability throughout the day, week, and weekends. However, it is also deeply gratifying, as those who are ill, injured, disabled, or elderly appreciate high-quality assistance.
The perfect candidate will possess patience and friendliness, coupled with outstanding communication abilities. You must be adept at following instructions and capable of executing various tasks to aid clients.
Responsibilities:- - Medication Reminders
- Aid clients with ambulation and mobility both indoors and outdoors, including doctor's appointments and walks.
- Support clients with personal care and hygiene tasks.
- Assist with physical therapy exercises.
- Help plan and prepare meals, involving clients as much as possible.
- Conduct shopping for clients or accompany them on shopping trips.
- Carry out light housekeeping duties that clients are unable to do themselves.
- Provide pleasant and supportive companionship.
- Report any unusual incidents promptly.
- Respond swiftly and responsibly in emergency situations.
- - Demonstrated experience in caregiving
- Proficient in emergency response and first aid (CPR)
- Familiar with housekeeping tasks and cooking, mindful of dietary restrictions
- Committed to following health and safety guidelines
- Respectful, empathetic, and caring
- Efficient time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal talents
- Robust ethical principles
- Capable of physical stamina
- Hoyer Lift Experience
