This person will focus on leveraging Eagle Brook’s digital spaces in creative ways to fulfill its mission of reaching people for Christ. POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for administering content on Eagle Brook’s digital platforms including regular site maintenance and project management. Works alongside team to leverage digital platforms in new ways while maintaining up-to-date platforms. Reports to Communications & Digital Director

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Digital Platform
    • Builds landing pages and maintains regular website and app updates
    • Administers regular content to web and app, supporting cross-functional ministry partners
    • Maximizes Eagle Brook’s SEO by optimizing keywords, crawl accessibility, user experience, and other best practices to produce high clickthrough ratings (CTR) in the rankings
    • Seeks to continuously improve the user journey across digital platforms
    • Writes, proofreads, edits content—adhering to Eagle Brook’s brand guidelines and best practices
    • Creates and coordinates email campaigns and delivery through an integrated email software
    • Maintains audience integrity and template refresh
    • Moderates digital platform inboxes and provide timely response
    • Executes weekly production and publishing of digital assets to web + app
    • Implements web-based text messaging strategies
  • Other
    • Manages projects using Basecamp 3; including assigning tasks to relevant team members, collecting digital assets, and ensuring deliverables are received in a timely manner
    • Serves as the primary contact for digital requests and updates internal to Eagle Brook
  • Represents the Eagle Brook brand, voice, and Vision Culture as principles by which you execute the responsibilities of your role
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM best practices
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, web publishing software, and content management systems
  • Highly relational with ability to function without direct supervision and maintain high motivation
  • Excellent project management skills: ability to work independently, establish priorities, work within deadlines, organize effectively, and multitask with strong attention to detail

WORK SCHEDULE

Generally, Monday - Friday at the Centerville Office and occasional nights and weekends.

Classification: Non-Exempt; Hourly // Status: Full-Time // Team: Creative Arts
