Interior Designer $65K-$80K (DOE) – Rockford, IL

Elite Sourcing is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join a full-service architectural, engineering, and interior design firm as an Interior Designer. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual establishing their professional career in the field of interior design.

  • Projects Include - Executive Offices, Lobby renovations, AE Boeing and more
  • Design and production of architectural projects in collaboration with the architectural, engineering, and interiors team
  • Assist with coordination among partners and consultants.
  • Contribute to space planning, furniture layout, and material selection.
  • Assist in creating detailed drawings and specifications using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Participate in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience (Entry Level Role)
  • Willing to pursue a license
  • Knowledge of both Revit and AutoCAD preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies or similar accredited program
  • A portfolio showcasing academic or personal design projects is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
