Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSkillforce is looking for a Carpenter Apprentices to Install Insulated Metal Panel in Florida and other US States. This is a travelling role with temp to hire potential. Open to train the right candidate.


Carpenter- IMP Installer Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Planning: Review blueprints, specifications, and project plans to determine the scope of work and materials required for each installation.
  • Safely and accurately install insulated metal panels on walls, roofs, and ceilings of buildings. This includes handling panels, measuring and cutting panels to size, and securing panels in place.
  • Apply sealants and insulation materials as necessary to ensure panels are properly sealed and provide optimal thermal and moisture protection.

  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to ensure panels meet specified tolerances, aesthetic requirements, and performance standards.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights and using equipment such as lifts, scaffolding, and hand tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Carpenter- IMP Installer Qualifications

experience in cold storage.

  • Commercial construction experience
  • Experience in cold storage (preferred)
  • Installing insulated metal panels (preferred)
  • Must be able to travel across the country and provide their own transportation

Schedule: 58 hours a week, 10-hour shifts Mon-Fri, 8-hour shift on Saturday with Sunday off.

Salary: Up to $25.00/hour DOE. While traveling you will receive $50/day per diem, .56cents/mile driven, hotel accommodations covered.
