The Dental Treatment Coordinator serves as an advocate and educator in managing and scheduling treatment plans for dental care. The role is essential in securing treatment plans and coordination of financial resources and/or insurance requirements and billing practices. Additionally, this role assists the Dental Practice Manager with additional tasks as assigned. The Dental Treatment Coordinator exhibits an efficient, knowledge and positive experience for every patient.

Education & Experience:

  • Dental office experience preferred
  • Experience with dental treatment plans and insurance requirements
  • High School Degree required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Dental software and financial program management
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
  • Experience in effectively relating and communicating to people
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Good organizational skills
  • Self-driven, initiates projects, can work independently with minimum amount of supervision
  • Willingness to work effectively with a variety of ethnic/socioeconomic groups and individuals.
