We are seeking a stellar human to come on board as an Associate (AMFT, ASW, APCC) or Licensed Psychotherapist LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) and work together with our fabulous team of real, human therapists We are messy, we laugh a lot, we use curse words, and we have a snack drawer.

Pay: $50 per clinical hour for Associates which increases to $60 per clinical hour after the 90-day introductory period, $70 per hour for Licensed therapists, or $80 per clinical hour after the 90-day introductory period.

Compensation:

$50 hourly

Responsibilities:

This position primarily involves:

  • Providing therapy for individual, couple/partner, and family clients
  • Managing your caseload and scheduling responsibilities
  • Assisting in marketing efforts (blog writing, networking, etc.)
  • Attending supervision/consultation and weekly team meetings
  • Completing all essential clinical documentation and treatment plans
  • Fostering our practice community through efforts to build relationships with your colleagues
Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active social justice values and anti-oppressive, liberatory therapeutic framework
  • 3 years of training/experience working with marginalized populations in social justice-oriented work and familiarity with traumas associated with systemic oppression
  • Previous training and experience working with LGBTQIA+ folks, polyamory, consensual non-monogamy, kink, etc.
  • Previous experience and training in Relational Gestalt therapy and/or PACT therapy with couples
