Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

  • Main goal of job is to get referrals (both long term – meaning providers referring in constantly generating leads and short-term meaning getting them right on the spot)
  • Create relationships with referral sources and be able to maintain referral sources.
  • Cold calling to set up in person meetings with providers who could utilize our services.
  • Attending Job fairs to create relationships with employers looking for this service and identifying contacts for contracts.
  • Travel to designated regions to conduct field marketing activities, meeting with clients, partners, and attending industry events.
  • Organizing events to promote products and services offered by the organization.
  • Increase brand interest and brand awareness for our client.
  • Plan local in person events to attend and engage with the community.
  • May need to travel for events outside of the Greater Toronto area.
  • Study company provided material and familiarized yourself with the clients.
  • Ability to answer questions to the public regarding the client.
  • Build relationships with the client, community sponsors and community members.
  • Responsible for creating and distributing marketing materials.
  • Should be able to work independently or within a team.
  • Participate in community outreach and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, and community partners to expand our network and referral base.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position.
  • Preferred Associate / bachelor's degree
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Entry level roles with immediate start dates available.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable with talking to people and engaging with people all day
  • Able to work well in a diverse environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail or marketing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors.
  • Assist with follow-up calls when needed.
  • Communicate effectively and work within our CRM regarding patient and referral source information
  • Provide education presentations, phone calls, in-person, and email communications with facility partners, referral sources, and community members


Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
