What Are We Looking For:

Highly motivated, dedicated, self-starter, who has a passion for construction or is willing to learn on the job.

1st Shift Production Associate: Full-time; 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Starting Pay: $20.00 (Progression pay based on performance)

Job Summary:

The Production Associate will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations during peak seasons.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Safely and efficiently construct walls, floors and trusses in a fast-paced indoor work environment.
  • Possibility of operating semi-automated equipment, read and follow blueprints.
  • You will be required to lift, move and maneuver various sizes of wood and raw materials, perform manual labor duties, and inspect material products for quality and accuracy.

What You Bring:

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Prior production and/or construction knowledge is a plus
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Ability to understand building material usages and construction practices
  • Ability to utilize hand tools: tape measure, nail and staple guns, table or chop saw.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis and climb up and down a ladder
