Your Role: As the Seasonal Spa and Fitness Manager, you will be the driving force behind our spa and fitness operations, ensuring that every guest receives personalized, top-notch service. You'll lead and inspire a dedicated team of spa and fitness professionals, overseeing everything from daily operations to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that our members and guests will remember long after their visit.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver Excellence: Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they receive tailored, exceptional service throughout their visit.
  • Lead with Confidence: Manage and motivate a team of spa and fitness associates, guiding them to exceed guest expectations and maintain the highest standards of service quality.
  • Optimize Operations: Schedule and oversee spa and fitness reservations, ensuring efficient use of facilities and maximizing guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain Pristine Facilities: Ensure our spa, pool, and fitness areas are impeccably maintained, clean, and ready to provide the ultimate relaxation experience.
  • Enhance Guest Experience: Offer personalized recommendations and services that leave a lasting impression on our members and guests.
  • Ensure Safety: Uphold safety protocols across all areas, providing a safe and serene environment for both guests and staff.
