A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENT ASSISTANT (RA) SUPERVISOR

As a full-time Resident Assistant (RA) Supervisor, you enjoy interacting with and providing high-quality care for our residents as well while providing overall supervision for the safety and assistance to our residents. During your shift, you direct the care staff in the proper and timely completion of their duties. During each shift, you assess residents and document any changes in condition including interventions, care provided, and outcomes.

You also coordinate and lead activities of daily living and address family/social concerns. Your passion for our residents is apparent as you actively advocate for superior care and promote service excellence. Making a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families is very rewarding for you

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENT ASSISTANT (RA) SUPERVISOR

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Previous work experience in the medical field required
  • Previous experience working with the mentally ill preferred
  • Post high school education preferred but not required

Previous experience as a supervisor preferably in a mental health environment is a plus, but not required. Are you self-motivated? Do you have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in senior care? Are you friendly and courteous? Can you join in our commitment to compassion, excellence, and innovation? Do you have strong communication skills? If so, you may be perfect for this assisted living/skilled nursing position

WORK SCHEDULE
