Dispatcher

The prospective candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, great communication skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail skills. They must be able to serve as a liaison between customers and HVAC technicians during service and installation jobs. In addition, a dispatcher must be able to make judgment calls regarding the best plan of action for a particular job.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering general questions regarding services, pricing, warranties, etc.
• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location
• Monitoring technicians travel by tracking vehicles on GPS trackers
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
• Contact customers if technician will not meet the time originally promised
• Respond to e-mail/website inquiries
• Source parts for field technicians
• Coordinate warranty registrations
• Communicate with field technicians regarding any issues
• Assist accounting with invoicing, or payment processing

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC or related industry
• ServiceTitan software experience

Skills Needed:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC or related industry
• Multi-Tasking skills are a must
• Be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
• Experience with HVAC terminology a plus

The position is a full-time position – 40 hours per week-Monday through Friday
