Responsibilities / Duties

Under direction of a Project Manager / Engineer

• Modeling and drafting using SolidWorks
• Drafting using AutoCAD
• Gathering technical information and datasheets
• Compiling technical information into submittal packages
• Performing uploads / downloads from customer FTP sites
• Project administration tasks including filing paperwork, organization, etc.
• Compiling information into job books

Qualifications / Experience / Competencies

ENGINEERING:

• Willingness to ask questions
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to new responsibilities
• Aptitude in engineering fundamentals, math and physics
• Aptitude with CAD software such as Autocad and Solidworks
• Passion for gaining knowledge and experience
• Basic Pump Hydraulics
• Compression and vacuum applications with various gases
• Pneumatic Conveying systems
• A wide variety of pump, compressor, vacuum pump types
• Integrating various pieces of equipment into a homogeneous system
• A wide variety of piping and piping design

GENERAL SKILLS:

• Willingness to carry a wide range of tasks to completion
• Knowledgeable user of office software; Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to be a self-starter
• Ability to assist with small scale projects
• Understanding of Gant Chart work process
• Ability to communicate accurately and effectively
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
