Job DescriptionJob Description

Tenant Fitout Superintendent needed to run commercial projects ranging in size from 50k to 1m. Most projects are in Bergen County. This position will be paired with a project manager working from the office. 

Work will consist of:

- Running 1-3 projects at any given time.

- Taking inspections 

- Ensuring subs are following their contract and the construction drawings 

- Scheduling inspections 

- Directing subcontractors and in house labor
