What You'll Do:

As a Senior Financial Planner, you will work closely with clients to develop tailored financial plans that address their specific needs and goals. Your responsibilities will include investment and retirement planning, tax, risk, and estate planning, providing strategic advice to help clients achieve financial success. We are a process-driven, planning-focused firm.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Create and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with client objectives.
  • Offer strategic advice on investment management, retirement planning, tax, risk, and estate planning.
  • Monitor investment portfolios and stay informed on financial markets and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with accountants and attorneys to deliver holistic financial solutions.
  • Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies for informed decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

What You'll Bring:

  • Active S7, S66, and CA Insurance Licenses (or willingness to obtain them promptly).
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience as a Financial Planner with a proven track record is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, tax laws, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to client interests.
