About Us: Lane Valente Industries is a leading facilities maintenance and construction company. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients and are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our in-house legal team.
Position Overview: As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with our in-house counsel to support various legal functions, including corporate law, business licensing, and contract reviews. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting, and reviewing contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research on corporate law, business licensing, and other relevant legal matters.
  • Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate documents and filings.
  • Help manage and organize legal documents and files.
  • Provide support in handling legal inquiries and issues.
  • Participate in legal meetings and discussions.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited law school.
  • Strong interest in corporate law, business licensing, and contract law.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
