One of the most beloved spas in New England, The Spa at the Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Spa Supervisor to join the team.

The Spa Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the overall daily operations of The Spa. Providing supervisory support & management of entire spa team along with guest expectations. This position requires hands on leadership skills and will cover as concierge, host and/or other areas of operation based on business needs. Responsible for ensuring that the spa operates efficiently while obtaining high guest satisfaction. The Spa Supervisor will work with Spa Director to ensure exceptional communication between The Spa and the Woodstock Inn & Resort team. Must possess excellent customer service skills, be efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated. Flexible schedule to meet the operational demands, including weekends and holidays. Must demonstrate initiative and lead by example. Prior Spa supervisory experience, knowledge of Spa treatments desired.
