Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Enter data into database systems from various sources such as paper documents, electronic files, and online forms.
- Verify and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and make corrections as needed.
- Identify and address any issues or inconsistencies in data.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Manage and organize documents and files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Generate reports and conduct data analysis as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry, office administration, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or related roles is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
