Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into database systems from various sources such as paper documents, electronic files, and online forms.
  • Verify and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and make corrections as needed.
  • Identify and address any issues or inconsistencies in data.
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Manage and organize documents and files for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Generate reports and conduct data analysis as required.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry, office administration, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or related roles is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
