Job Title: IT Business Systems Analyst, expertise in Salesforce.com

Location: Juno Beach, FL

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce.com to join our client's team in the renewable energy industry. This role will focus on analyzing business processes and practices to guide the design and implementation of technology solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and end users to gather requirements for internal applications and process enhancements, primarily centered around Salesforce.com.
  • Lead initiatives from requirement definition through build, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and release phases.
  • Provide frontline support for the Salesforce platform, addressing issues and handling requests promptly.
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards for various organizational levels.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including user management and customization of apps, objects, layouts, and fields within Salesforce.com.
  • Contribute to the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of new apps, integrations, automations, and enhancements.
  • Conduct meetings with decision-makers and end users to capture requirements, understand goals, and document findings.
  • Offer feedback to refine business logic and enhance user experience, navigation, and overall design.
  • Work independently or collaboratively depending on project scope and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with specific expertise in Salesforce.com.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Proficient in user administration, app customization, and reporting within Salesforce.com.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
