We are seeking a Senior OCM Practitioner to join our team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management, utilizing Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter, Agile methodologies, and organizational behavior principles to drive organizational improvements. This role involves managing change on projects developed using Lean Agile and Waterfall approaches, establishing an OCM Community of Practice, and developing effective communication strategies. The practitioner will engage with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, lead enterprise transformation initiatives, and possess excellent interpersonal, leadership, and technical skills. Certification in Prosci or Kotter, and SAFe is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise in Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter's change model, Agile methodologies, and organizational behavior principles.
  • Manage change on projects developed using Lean Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Establish and manage an OCM Community of Practice.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and plans.
  • Clearly articulate messages to various audiences and interact with stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives and guide others through change.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, servant leadership, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Create and manage new hire, onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs.
  • Develop Change Impact Assessments, Change Resistance Plans, and User Adoption Plans.
  • Create and administer ADKAR Survey Assessments.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and conduct stakeholder and empathy interviews.
  • Facilitate webinars, user workshops, Lean Coffee sessions, book clubs, and host podcasts.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Products (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word), including running MS Teams breakout rooms, polls, and surveys.
  • Proven experience with SAFe PI Planning.
  • Utilize collaboration tools such as FigJam, Mural, and MS Teams Whiteboard effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Hold certifications in Prosci or Kotter, and SAFe (Coach, RTE).
