What We Offer:

We are seeking candidates who:
  • Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a management role in the 2024 season.
  • Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Sparkle Squad start at a minimum of $19 and up to $30 dollars per hour plus tips and bonuses.

What You Will Do:
  • Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excel in a team environment.
  • Help our business grow by offering additional services, hang door hangers, and talk with neighbors.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
  • Be rewarded for your efforts and success.
  • Work with our advanced window cleaning technology, including water fed poles capable of cleaning up to 6 stories, with out the need for climbing on ladders or heavy equipment.
