Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clock in and out every day with main intention of maintaining office cleanliness.
• Washes windows and mirrors.
• Takes out the trash and recycling.
• Wipes down and sanitizes surfaces.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks restrooms.
• Helps maintain common areas and warehouse.
• Sweeps, mops regularly.
• Responsible for completing room setups for department meetings trainings, and events.
• Organizes the janitor closet and stores all supplies and tools.
• Fills out janitorial checklists at the end of every shift.
• Follows safety rules and precautions.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.

Skills and Abilities:

• 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
