Position Overview: As a Retail Store Associate at Eximius Associates, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and inviting. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, offering product recommendations and expert advice.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking products and arranging displays.
- Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product placement.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
- Support store promotions and special events by engaging with customers and offering relevant product information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and store procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
