Competitive Pay ( $55,000 + )The Opportunity:Our client is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for their 300-unit, 3 building luxury apartment community located in Allston, MA. The ideal candidate must be skilled in all areas of general maintenance and must be able to perform physical maintenance operations of the property.Named a “Best Place to Work” by Boston Business Journal, our client is a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, construction and management firm with a collection of thirteen luxury apartment communities located in downtown and Metro Boston. From suburban settings to downtown towers, they take a thoughtful approach to creating places to live. They have developed and manage some of the leading housing destinations in the area, delivering a high standard of apartment living to our residents. They are known for sought-after locations, quality construction, engaging programs and activities, first-rate amenities, and their residential management team’s personal touch. Your Role:
  • Maintain the interior and exterior physical condition of the assigned property in a professional manner
  • Assist in the performance of all maintenance duties including service requests and apartment turnover functions
  • Regularly care for buildings and grounds as needed
  • Reliably handle emergency situations

Your Skills:
  • Experience in property maintenance (preferably residential) including Appliance Repair, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Painting, etc.
  • Willingness to jump in, learning new tasks and systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
