Job Summary:


PCG Consulting is seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with a variety of mental health disorders. This individual will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate individuals for mental health disorders.

· Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment results.

· Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients.

· Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment.

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

· Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field of psychology.

· Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

· Participate in case consultations with other mental health professionals.

· Provide support and education to patients and their families.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.

· Current state license to practice as a psychologist.

· Knowledge of a range of psychotherapeutic interventions and evidence-based treatment approaches.

· Experience working with diverse patient populations.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
