Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Auditor Specialist. In this key role, you will be responsible for checking the accuracy of outbound orders. Cycle counts as needed. Ensuring that the quantity, quality, and labeling meets the standard of our organization and the specification of the customer.

Auditors Responsibility- Outbound


Understanding the product and style requested by the customer.

Verifying and auditing all picked material staged to be shipped to the customer.

Reporting and documenting all variance to the lead or supervisor immediately.

Identify trends in pick or product error~

Additional Cycle Counting as needed

Flexibility working within the organization as needed


Required Skills/Abilities:


Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing department, and outside vendors.

Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.

Proficient keyboarding skills.

Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.

Ability to develop professional relationships with outside vendors.

Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Lumber knowledge is a must have.


Education and Experience:


High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience with computerized inventory systems required.

Forklift operator certification preferred.


Physical Requirements:


Extended periods of walking during work hours.

Able to lift weights of up to 40 pounds individually.

Must be able to navigate work areas and reach items both high and low.
