The Respiratory Therapist Manager will oversee both direct and indirect care, applying the nursing process in alignment with the department's philosophy, policies, and the standards of professional respiratory practice.

$34.00 - $44.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the respiratory program for Oriol Therapy Services, ensuring services are provided to residents, marketing the program, initiating referrals, evaluating residents, coordinating admissions, implementing treatment plans, monitoring responses, developing community programming, maintaining equipment, reviewing service quality, participating in education, adhering to documentation procedures, attending meetings, assisting in resident care, enforcing safety policies, supporting infection control, participating in policy revisions, ensuring compliance with guidelines, pursuing professional development, maintaining positive relationships, working efficiently, upholding confidentiality, and projecting a positive image.

Experience:

  • Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program or equivalent
  • Current state licensure and be CRT or RRT
  • Solid management and interpersonal skills
