Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPlay a pivotal role in identifying and solving workstation hardware and software problems when you step into the position of IT Desktop Analyst at our dynamic client headquartered in Omaha, NE
WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
  • 1-year CONTRACT position with the possibility of extension or option to hire
  • Competitive hourly rate of $32 - $40 per hour with some flexibility based on skills and experience
  • Work fully on-site for the first 6 months or more. After that time, hybrid work options are at Manager's Discretion.
  • Work Schedule: 1st shift Monday-Friday, flexible start/end times

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years related work experience in a relevant field
  • Active Directory experience
  • Group Policy experience
  • Remote Support Tools experience
  • ITSM Tools experience
  • VPN Product experience
  • Strong troubleshooting ability
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of deployment tools and remote management software
  • O365 knowledge and experience
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Identify and troubleshoot workstation hardware and software problems.
  • Respond to, research, and resolve questions received through the Service Desk.
  • Train employees in the use of computer equipment and related software in informal sessions.
