Our client is a highly specialized, elite aviation company focused on Aviation Training, with an extraordinary emphasis on safety & procedures. The ideal candidate will need experience in the aviation industry, highly gifted, experienced and dedicated bookkeeper / CPA with a high level of organization.


This individual will be responsible for overseeing all tasks related to finance, should be excellent at accurately recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.

  • Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of the company.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll, client's reports, and sales taxes.
  • Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly).


Requirements
  • Aviation Industry experience is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks is a must
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
