Duties:

  • Provide position management and classification support, including reviewing and analyzing specific occupational series and other organizational information (e.g., mission, functional statements, and organizational charts)
  • Provide classification recommendations that will best support the organization's strategic goals.
  • Utilize the Office of Personnel Management's classification standards and any applicable DOJ and/or DEA guidance to complete a full range of tasks to Classify positions and complete Desk Audits in accordance with the Federal Wage System (FWS) and/or the General Schedule (Client).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of position classification/management and/or compensation experience for the Federal government. an additional three years of related position classification or similar experience in the public or private sector may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
  • Sufficient technical proficiency with databases, automated systems i.e., SharePoint.
