We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Telemarketers, playing a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our client base through effective outbound calling campaigns. As a Telemarketer at our District Office, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting insurance products and services, and generating leads for our sales team. You will leverage your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities to engage with potential clients, build interest in our offerings, and schedule appointments for further discussions with our insurance agents.

Responsibilities
  1. Outbound Calling Campaigns:
  • Conduct proactive outbound calling campaigns to targeted lists of leads, including warm leads, cold leads, and lapsed clients.
  • Utilize scripts and sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our insurance products and services.

2.Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients by assessing their insurance needs, gathering relevant information, and determining their eligibility for our products.
  • Educate prospective clients about the benefits and features of various insurance policies, including auto, home, life, health, and commercial insurance.
  • Establish rapport and build trust with prospects to encourage further engagement and interest in our offerings.

3.Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule appointments and consultations for insurance agents to meet with qualified leads and discuss their insurance needs in more detail.
  • Coordinate schedules and confirm appointment details with both clients and agents to ensure smooth scheduling and attendance.

4.Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system or designated database.
  • Capture and record relevant information from each call, including client responses, interests, and scheduling preferences.
  • Generate reports and analyses to track call metrics, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates to management on lead generation activities, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Persuasive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or data management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
