Role Description:

The Regional Salesperson will work on both direct and indirect sales initiatives within the designated geographical region to generate clients and develop referral partners for Abel HR. To be successful in this role, the salesperson should have previous sales experience selling intangible products and/or services while taking accountability for reaching targets. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. Ultimately, the salesperson will ensure area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company's success in the long run.



Qualifications:

Sales (B2B) and Business Development skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely.
PEO | ASO | Payroll or HR industry experience is a MUST.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
