As a Chemist (also known as Cosmetic Chemist, Formulation Scientist), you will lead research and development efforts to create high-quality, safe, and innovative cosmetic products. Your responsibilities will include developing new products, optimizing existing formulations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing technical support during production processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in cosmetic formulation development.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, ingredients, and formulation techniques.
  • Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques used in cosmetic product development and analysis.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for cosmetic products (e.g., FDA) and experience with cosmetic ingredient safety assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and resilience under pressure.
