As a Help Desk Technician, your primary responsibility is taking care of your fellow employees’ technology needs. You will provision new hardware, take phone calls, email, and in-person questions, and create support tickets for each issue. You will assess the impact and priority of each ticket and work with others to solve more complex problems. 
What are the core responsibilities for the role?
  • Requisitioning/Receiving/Inventorying Computer Hardware
  • Deploying Images on Devices
  • Finding Solutions to Problems
  • Installing and Upgrading Software
  • Documenting Solutions


Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience in IT Support or related field – 3-6 years
  • Knowledge of PC Hardware and Software, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office 365
  • Communicating solutions clearly with others
  • Desire to learn and improve
