We are hiring full time entry level thru Operator positions in the following departments.

  • Printing Departments

**Schedule: **We currently have both day and night shift opportunities available.

  • We currently run 12-hour shifts and the ability to work every other weekend is a must.

“Narrow Web” Printing Press Operators:

Salary: $18.00 -$30.00

Printing Press Operator Responsibilities:

  • Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain 5-6 color “Narrow Web-Lithographic” presses.
  • Review job specifications to determine the press setup according to the job requirements.
  • Perform all make-ready tasks such as hanging plates, examine plates/cylinders for imperfections and checks for correct positioning of images, prepping blankets, adjusting tension and register etc.
  • Makes necessary color corrections and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the customers quality specifications.
  • Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press, making minor repairs and replacing worn or broken parts as required. Performs periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Meet budgeted performance objectives.

**Printing Press OperatorRequirements: (We are looking for good people to train into this career)

  • Requires comprehensive knowledge of a wide variety of techniques, procedures, materials, specifications, equipment, and safety requirements to set-up, adjust, operate, and maintain equipment.
  • Skilled in a wide variety of complex manipulations and mechanical procedures to perform a variety of tasks to set-up, make major adjustments, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment.
  • Skill to read and understand job specifications and knowledge of press capabilities to determine the most appropriate press usage, press settings and materials needed to run the job successfully.
  • Good Attendance is a MUST

Printing Press Operators:

Salary: $18.00 - $37.50

Printing Press Operator Responsibilities:

  • Review job specifications to determine the press setup according to the job requirements.
  • Perform all make-ready tasks such as hanging plates or installing cylinders, examine plates/cylinders for imperfections and checks for correct positioning of images, prepping blankets, adjusting tension and register etc.
  • Makes necessary color corrections and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the customers quality specifications.
