Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm NO weekends
Great location in the heart of Media with free parking lot and public transportation accessible

A day in the life of a Claims Administrator:
  • Handle class action claim balancing (beginning balance plus purchases minus sales equals ending balance)
  • Calculating claims
  • Responding to claimants via email to resolve deficiencies
  • Reading and understanding court documents
  • Assist with administrative duties such as mailings, mail, phones, etc.
Requirements for the Claims Administrator position:
  • Previous experience in roles utilizing accounting or finance functions REQUIRED
  • Must have strong mathematical skills
  • Must be motivated and highly detail-oriented
  • Able to follow instructions accurately
  • Capable of learning new computer software programs quickly
  • Dependable & punctual with a positive attitude
