Job Description:
  • Proficiency in PLC and 480v systems
  • Experience with two robot lines
  • Electromechanical skills with a knack for fabrication
  • Night shift position (Monday-Friday, 10 PM-6 AM)
  • Overtime available as desired
  • Starting hourly rate: $32.80, with potential to reach $35.46
  • Pay review after 30 days with potential for increase
  • Shift differential: $1/hour for night shift
  • Sign-on bonus: $2,000 (distributed as $1,000 after 90 days and $1,000 after six months)

Hiring Time frame: Immediate
Work Environment: Factory/Warehouse
Shift Position: Night shift, weekdays
Shift Differential: Yes
Career Progression: Opportunities for advancement into lead roles, especially as current maintenance staff approach retirement. Openness to transition into production roles. Potential for quarterly bonuses ranging from $500 to $1,500.
Salary/Benefits:
  • Base Salary: Hourly rate as mentioned

  • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks’ vacation (available from the second month of employment)
