We have a phenomenal School Psychologist opportunity at one of our partner school districts in Everett, Washington. This position is a full-time need in a hybrid model. We are seeking a School Psychologist from September-December to cover a leave.

In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being and success of our students through comprehensive psychological assessment, counseling, and collaboration with educators and families.

We are looking for School Psych's who:

  • are proactive about their own needs and the needs of their caseload

  • possess a variety of clinical competencies and the drive to continually learn and improve

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Interpret assessment results to identify students' strengths and areas of need, informing educational planning and interventions.
  • Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students individually or in groups to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and support plans for students.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to goal development and ensure appropriate services for students with special needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to students, families, and school staff.
  • Conduct research and program evaluation to inform evidence-based practices and interventions within the school setting.
  • Stay current with laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to school psychology practice.
  • Participate in professional development activities and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge in school psychology.

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing counseling services to students in an educational setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and evidence-based practices in school psychology.
