Consider joining our team as a Maintenance Technician for our Central Cincinnati District Office in Cincinnati, OH.

Who you are:

  • You have at least one (1) year of direct maintenance experience.
  • You're a team player with a positive attitude.
  • You're flexible to collaborate or work solo depending on the day.
  • You are willing to undergo a drug and background screening if offered the position.


What you will do as a Maintenance Technician:

  • Perform various maintenance tasks, including work with electric, plumbing, carpentry, locks and keys, grounds, and more.
  • Ensure properties are in pristine condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and Association Boards.
  • Prioritize demands in a busy environment.
  • Scheduled hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30am to 5pm, and a scheduled on-call rotation with an 8-person team

Requirements:
  • Basic computer or smartphone skills
  • Comfortable working on ladders to perform roof and siding repairs and gutter cleaning
  • Own basic hand tools
  • Valid driver’s license, auto-insurance, and a truck or van for work use
  • Yardi experience preferred
