Pansophic Learning owns a network of day care centers, manages K-12 public schools, and operates private schools internationally and we have big plans to grow which is why we need to find the right person to provide us with legal support.

The corporate paralegal must have significant and demonstrable corporate and commercial experience. You will be a key member of the Legal Department, responsible for a variety of matters including commercial contracts and related administrative support. You would also be counted on to bring a high degree of order (document management, filing) to the Legal Department.

As a Senior Corporate Paralegal supporting efforts for Pansophic Learning, you will support the following areas:

  • Handle a variety of tasks including:
    • contract management;
    • entity management;
    • drafting standard contractor agreements and NDAs;
    • handling department invoices;
    • submitting and tracking litigation document holds; and
    • sending and responding to public records requests.
  • Interface with all departments and company executives
  • Suggest and implement process improvements

  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • In-house/corporate paralegal experience
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience
