Are you a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician looking for a dynamic and supportive work environment? Join us and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will directly contribute to our operational efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular and preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment. Diagnose and repair complex machinery issues using test results, error messages, and operator feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of industrial electronics, AC/DC theory, PLCs, VFDs, ladder logic, and more to maintain and troubleshoot a variety of industrial equipment.


Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with industrial electronics, power transmission, test instruments, VFDs, PLCs, ladder logic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motor controls, and electrical construction.
  • Safety Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols including lockout/tagout, fall protection, confined space, and mobile equipment operation.
  • Skills: Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship, Journeyman Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the steel industry.
  • Additional Skills: Welding and light fabrication skills, familiarity with industrial communication networks (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet), experience with PID control loops and combustion controls, and basic mechanical knowledge.
