In this part-time, work-from-home* role you'll be the friendly voice behind the phones, providing exceptional customer service for our valued small business clients. You'll answer calls, schedule appointments, and leave a lasting positive impression - you are, after all, the first point of contact

*Candidates must be local to the Hampton Roads area. We do require one shift per month to be worked at our Chesapeake, VA office.

We're looking for someone who:

• Types at a minimum of 40 WPM

Work-from-Home Requirements:

• PC/Laptop with Windows 10 or higher Operating System
• High-speed internet with a wired connection (no Wi-Fi)
• USB headset with microphone
• We will require one shift per month be worked in our Chesapeake, VA office.
