Job Title: Senior Program Management Cost and Schedule Analyst

Location: Arnold AFB, TN (On-Site)

Canvas is seeking a Senior Program Management Cost and Schedule Analyst This announcement may be used to fill mutiple positions. Canvas provides engineering services and technical solutions for customers in federal and commercial markets. Duties:

This position is to provide assistance and advisory services to the DoD at Arnold AFB. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with and advise DOD PM to analyze EVM in relation to schedule.
  • Analyze cost/schedule health metrics and based on reports out of Peoplesoft and other various cost and schedule tracking software.
  • Performing cost/schedule analysis to better inform the customer of on-going programmatic risks and schedule trends within the organization.
  • Critically analyze cost and schedule models to build informative summary views for all levels of DOD leadership and management.
  • Manage on-going cost and schedule efforts of various sub-contracts and inter-organizational staff (DOD, TOS, and A&AS) staff to improve inter-organizational communication and contract execution
  • Existing proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly familiarize and learn cost and schedule specific software tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Peoplesoft Financial, and similar software.
  • Build independent Cost Estimates and Schedule to determine EVM on various capital improvement projects associated with AEDC.
  • Compare independent project control metrics to those provided by the organizations executing the capital improvement projects at AEDC.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency using tool for cost and schedule analysis (Peoplesoft Financial, Microsoft Project, Primavera) and ability to quickly learn other cost and schedule specific tools.
  • Proficiency using the standard Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced/high operations tempo environment with multiple customer demands.
  • Excellent communication skills to include verbal and written and willingness to be a vocal and actively contributing member of the team.

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
