$25 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:The Case Manager serves as the main liaison between the law firm and the client, insurance company representatives, and medical service providers. They play a key role in managing the case, advancing resolutions for property damage and/or bodily injuries, and collaborating closely with the legal team on various matters.
Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for the client’s intake process which involves filling out forms and collecting the appropriate data for the file
- Opens the case and uploads the files to the case management solution
- Helps coordinate client’s repairs and medical treatment with a network of providers. Continues to maintain regular contact with providers to obtain updated records
- Does initial contact with both client’s and opposing party’s insurance companies
- Will coordinate to obtain all medical records and bills for preparation of demand
- Responsible for providing clients with regular updates (at least every two weeks) regarding the status of the case
- This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week We need someone that can hit the ground running
- You must have 1-4 years of personal injury case manager experience

This area of practice stems from the owner watching his father’s own experience trying to recover his life after a debilitating accident. This passion drives our team’s personal commitment to helping our clients navigate the post-accident process and take the burdens off their shoulders.
We are dedicated to understanding what results each client wants and helping them understand what actions we can take on their behalf. We work with them every step of the way to make sure they appreciate their options and feel empowered to make the choices best for their lives. We are growing fast and looking for a seasoned operations professional who can build substantial operations that support our growth over the next three years.
