Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff, including assigning tasks and ensuring that service standards are met.
• Provide guidance and support to waitstaff, assisting with guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Oversee the seating of guests, ensuring that tables are properly set up and that guests are seated in a timely manner.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests when necessary, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Monitor the dining room atmosphere and ensure that guests are comfortable and satisfied with their experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner, and that special requests or dietary restrictions are accommodated.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, taking appropriate action to resolve any issues.
• Uphold Maü Miami brand image and values through your demeanor, appearance, and interactions with guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
