JOB SUMMARY

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day of a specific stage of cannabis inventory work in accordance with standards set by the company. Provides direct support for all Inventory associates, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. Responsible for highest possible standards of work in Inventory.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Assist the Inventory Manager with supervision and direction of Inventory staff, grow schedules, Inventory processes, and vendor relations.
  • Serve as a role model and resource for Inventory staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, and changes in regulations.
  • Assist the Inventory Manager with responding to all inventory staff questions, concerns, or suggestions and acts when necessary to resolve conflicts
  • Assist the Inventory Manager in maintaining accurate records of all inventory activities, including employee records, inventory records, deliveries, and returns in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure all state regulations are followed and documentation is prepared and submitted as required.
  • Assist in coaching and developing the Inventory Technicians, provide constant developmental feedback.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and filing required state documents
  • Assist Inventory Manager with all Metrc processes/data entry and train employees on correct use of Metrc
  • Assist Inventory Manager by entering Harvest data into internal company documents (Harvest sheets, Harvest master) and Metrc.
  • Complete weekly state inventory and send to state inspectors in the Managers absence
  • Complete product registrations and send to the state for approval in the Managers absence
  • Work with Cultivation Inventory Specialist to ensure weekly counts are complete and accurate
  • Work with all departments to ensure waste protocol is followed, and accurately documented
  • Assist Cultivation Inventory Specialist with counts/scanning as necessary
  • Troubleshoot any issues brought up about inventory or compliance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years' experience in Metrc preferred
  • Associates degree preferred or related job experience required.
  • Must be 21 years or older and pass any and all required pre-employment screenings
  • Full knowledge of all applicable law, regulations, and requirements to keep the facility at 100% compliance at all times, this includes being up to date on any changes to current applicable laws/regulations
  • Must pass any and all required background checks
  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills
  • Must be focused, pay close attention to detail
  • Must be able to internalize training and follow instructions
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
