We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.

As a Sales Representative at Thomas Fence, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to understand our customers' needs and recommend the best fencing solutions to meet those needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.

· Conduct consultations with potential and existing customers to understand their fencing needs and recommend suitable products and services.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to customers.

· Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, in the CRM system.

· Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

· Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to stay updated on market trends and product knowledge.

· Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

· Proven sales experience, preferably in the fencing industry or related field.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally to meet with customers.

· High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
