Job DescriptionJob Description

Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits LLC is a well-established, 12-year-old company specializing in luxurious fine art portrait photography. Currently, we have five fully operational studios (three are in Florida, one in Connecticut, and now one in Texas). We are currently seeking a Digital Portrait Editor/Sunday Portrait Photographer who is experienced with (using Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop) to join our team at our studio in Maitland, FL.

At Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits, we genuinely pride ourselves on capturing timeless moments and creating stunning visual masterpieces for our discerning clients.

Our ideal candidate is a person who is genuinely kind hearted, extremely self-driven, punctual, with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients when they arrive for their magical adventure.
  • Correctly pose and position clients with the correct lighting needed for each pose.
  • Capture photos, save photos, and set up premiers for clients.
  • Keep the studio, dressing rooms, and reception area clean so that each guest has a consistent and pleasant experience.
  • Put away dresses and costumes after each session to help maintain their integrity.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our luxury experiences
  • Edit portraits using our company specific workflow guidelines
  • Experience using Apple/MacOS
  • Utilize Adobe Suite to edit portraits primarily Lightroom/Photoshop.
  • Enjoys working both collaboratively with others as well as independently. 
  • Must have the ability to actively engage in constructive conversation to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School diploma/GED required.
  • Must have a good positive attitude
  • Must be coachable by management and peers
  • Must have the ability to receive constructive feedback , and utilize the information as a learning opportunity 
  • High-energy personality and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to come to work in a well-organized manner.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • NOTE: This role does require the ability to comfortably work with animals such as dogs and cats (all sizes)

Sunday Portrait Photographer Schedule - 

Sunday - 9am - 8pm 


Digital Editing Schedule -

Monday - 9am - 5pm

Tuesday - 9am - 5pm

Wednesday - 9am - 5pm


Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
