Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob OverviewKing’s Church is looking for a gifted musician to lead our congregation in praise.
King's Church is a new and growing church family in southwest Ohio. We are a Baptist church in the Reformed tradition, and we aim to be a place where God's people grow strong under the clear preaching of his Word. We are praying for God to bring us someone who can use musical gifting to partner with our pastors to lead the congregation in singing songs that are rich in truth and feeling.
Requirements:
1. A testimony of believing and obeying Christ.
2. Confidence and comfort in leading musical worship.
3. A desire to work together with our pastors.
4. An interest in becoming a meaningful part of a growing church plant family.
Time and Compensation:
- About 10 hours a week, specific hours are flexible.
- Experience, training, ability, travel, and needs will be taken into consideration.
- This position will hopefully become a full-time role in the near future.
- work with the pastoral team to select songs
- meet with a few worship volunteers to practice
- lead the congregation in worship
- be a faithful member of King’s Church
